The dual degree program forged with Télécom Paris, a prestigious institutions in the Paris Institute of Technology (ParisTech for short) is a unique international lateral transfer program, where the undergraduate students from SEU Chien-Shiung Wu College, Electronic Science and Engineering School and Southeast University Wuxi Campus spend 3 years at the home institutions and 2 years at the University of their choice abroad.
The final award of degree is from both French and Chinese universities after completion of studying for the entire duration abroad.
Télécom established the partnership with SEU and SEU Wuxi Campus in 2019, as an act to expand the bilateral academic exchanges and collaborative education between the two institutions.

And the double degree program as signed by the two sides has been implemented since September 2019.
In the selection procedure, 10 undergraduates shall be picked out from all applicants through a three-hour examination (in English or French) organized by SEU to test their theoretical knowledge of applied physics, applied chemistry, and computer science, etc and individual interview by the Télécom community for the program annually, where they spend 2 years in France. Thereafter, there are 6 months left for qualified candidates to take part in a French language training session and apply for scholarship such as CSC (China Scholarship Council). All the courses on the program are supposed to be given in French. The students will be awarded the SEU bachelor's certificates after completion of the 1st year's study in France, and the engineering degree which is equal to Chinese postgraduate degree from Télécom with completion of their 2nd year's study in France.
Télécom is one of the most prestigious Grandes Ecoles selected into the PariaTech consortium, of which each School ranked #1 at the national level in its specific domain.
