Zhang Jiwen, executive vice president of SEU Wuxi, pointed outpointed out at the meeting that the university will devote its efforts with an emphasis on the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, fostering talented people, and stimulating high-tech businesses to initiate strategic emerging industrial platforms, and exploring new ways in government-industry-university, -research coalition.

Director Gui Tao introduced the urban cloud brain plan and industry awakening plan of Xinwu district, hoping to create new ideas of smart city construction with joint efforts of government, industry, universities and research institutes.
Gui Tao, director of the bureau, said, the district has already launched the City Cloud Brain Plan and the Industry Awakening Plan, right hoping to produce new ideas for a thriving smart city with joint efforts from government, industries, universities and research institutes.
