The program on core tech ad application of smart power driver chip, SEU Wuxi Campus co-conducted with CSMC Technologies Corporation, was listed into one of the top three projects prized during the recent provincial awarding event.
A total of 31 awards and honors were conferred to 48 Wuxi businesses and institutions, of which there were 3 first prizes, 11 the second and 17 the third ones.
And the cooperative enterprise, CSMC Technologies Corporation, which has been in a long-term partner with SEU Wuxi Campus, is a subsidiary of China Resources Microelectronics Limited, offering global customers with a variety of techs involving BCD, Mixed Signal, RF, Embedded-NVM, BiCMOS, Logic, DMOS and IGBT Bipolar. The company is also of assistance to fabless customers by arranging upstream IC design services as well as downstream testing and packaging services.
